This is my 23rd year working for Dearborn Public Schools and I could not be more proud to be the Superintendent of our outstanding school district.  There is no place better than Dearborn with the great work that is done in positive collaboration between our students, staff, community members, Board of Education, and City Officials. The snow and cold weather did not dampen the enthusiasm for attendees at the MLK jr Peace March. Students you make me proud each and every day that I interact with you throughout the school community.
Thank you to the students who coordinated this oustanding event which included the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council (many of the committee members worked over the holiday break). Faculty sponsors included Ms. Harb, Dr. Souweidane, and Ms. Charles. Thank you to the Board of Education (Trustee Petlichkoff and Trustee Lane were in attendance) all of the faculty, administration, teachers, parents, and community members that attended. A special thank you to Mayor O’Reilly and the City for their great support.
