I was able to visit 8 schools on the first day September 6 (A half-day for students). Faculty was all around the schools making sure that students felt welcome and were able to get to class. It was a great start to the school year. Other Cabinet members and Board of Education Members also participated in the first day school visits. Pictures are listed below, so try to match the school name listed in the title with the pictures below. I love the first one where a student is getting help with a locker. All faculty members did a fantastic job.
