Students, staff and community members are invited to a free vaccination and wellness clinic at Salina Intermediate School on Nov. 21. 2022.
C-ASSIST is providing the clinic that will run from 2 to 7 p.m. that Monday.
COVID and flu vaccinations will be offered at no cost. Free health screenings will also be available including blood sugar testing, cholesterol testing, blood pressure check, vitals check (heart rate, pulse oximetry, respiratory rate), kidney health screening, vision check, mental health screening and body mass index.
Medical and pharmaceutical consultations will also be available.
Salina Intermediate is at 2623 Salina St., Dearborn.
