Dearborn School Improvement (SIP) Process is on the Cutting Edge and we are a State Leader with the implementation of this model.  Ms. Fatme Faraj the Director of School Improvement and I gave a presentation at the State Advanced Ed Conference. We published an article in the District Administration Publication that went out to over 300,000 subscribers nationwide. Advanced at Saw this article and asked us to present. The presentation was well received and other school district are very interested in our cutting edge model.

Leaders in a Michigan school district have adopted a school improvement plan focused on an evidence-based approach.
