The Performing Arts center was jam packed at the Care to the Core Event with students, parents, community members, teachers, and administrators. Our students did an outstanding job with their performances.

Selfies have been a method for positive promotion of the school district initiatives and our wonderful students. Everywhere I go students, parents, and teachers ask for the selfies. Well, although I am often in the selfie the purpose for them is not about me. It is for the students to create positive connections and highlight the great things that they are accomplishing in the schools. Well last night we moved from the selfie theme to the new theme a picture with the school district vision statement. The mayor was the first one, followed by Trustees Meade & Petlichkoff, and then of course student pictures. However, I will admit that the selfie requests continue and I will of course continue to honor those requests from our students, parents, and staff.
