I announced the pledge over the PA at central office on Tuesday. In addition, the Board of Education and I will take the pledge on TV at the September 12 Regular p-12 board meeting. Below is a video of the upstander pledge.

This pledge is part of a program being promoted by the State Superintendent and the Michigan Federation of Teachers. Here is a link to a website that explains the model.
