1. School Visits Continue. Since October 19th I was able to visit the following schools. If your school is not on this list do not worry because I will be by soon to see you, the students, and the school. McCollough-Unis, MacDonald, Dearborn High(4 times), Fordson, Edsel Ford(2 times), Lowrey, Maples(2 times), Woodworth(twice), Geer Park, Henry Ford, Snow, Bryant, Howard, Long, DuVall and William Ford. I am tracking all visits to make sure that I balance my time between the 35 buildings and 32 schools in the District. 

2. ISS Communication. Here is a link to the video on Youtube where Students from Dearborn Communicated with the International Space Station. I attended this exciting event.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbhrQiZ62LE  Thank you to all that made this happen via the Amateur Radio Project.

3. Pink Out to support Bullying Prevention at Bryant Middle School. I was able to attend a wonderful event at Bryant Middle School in support of a positive response to bullying behavior.

7. A Chamber of Commerce Event with the Lieutenant Governor and Supreme Court Justice Bernstein as main speakers at the Dearborn Inn.

8. Thank you to the DFT for providing books to students. The winning classes were: Ms. Fryzel’s 6th Grade English Class at STEM (Dearborn Heights Campus). Winning Student, Keira Donner. B. Mrs. McGaddery’s 9th Grade English at Dearborn High. Winning Student, Shelby Tucker. C. Mrs. Ciecko’s 2nd Grade Classroom at Long Elementary. Winning Student, Xavier Liepe.
