Superintendent Update: March is Reading Month kickoff at Becker, Exchange Club, SSAC Youth Month at Rotary, Literacy Night at Henry Ford, DHS Basketball, and Networking/Learning with Superintendents.

My first appointment to read before students for March is reading month was at Becker Elementary. The theme was Super heroes so I found a phone booth(hard to find by the way, the students wouldn’t know what that is) and then got into character. It was a fun time reading with the students at Becker.  BTW, The students with kryptonite were asked to sit in the back of the room. lol.

The Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council (SSAC) participated in the Dearborn Rotary meetings for Youth month in February. They did a great job running the last meeting on March 2nd. I am very proud of the students.
